The Scarborough Twilight Rotary Club, the Agincourt Rotary Club, the North Scarborough Rotary Club and the Scarborough Bluffs Rotary Club together are hosting a Multicultural Festival: a weekend of music, dance and poetry from around the World. Throughout the day, amateur and professional groups will present live entertainment. Come be our first Multicultural Festival Idol at the Karaoke competition.

This outdoor Feel the Connection “Free Admission“ event is part of Canada Day celebrations and will kickoff summer on a large outdoor stage where performances will run from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm throughout the weekend. The Beer Tent is sure to be a popular place to relax. Sample many of the international cuisines from a diverse group of food vendors. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods will be available. The Midway will have rides and games for children of all ages, families and those young at heart. There will be a robotics display where you can get hands-on with the technology. Or enjoy dancing under the stars after dark.

The event presents distinctive cultural art forms to highlight our similarities, to feel the connection to each other, our community, and the world as a whole. This festival exposes the common features of our different cultures in a welcoming and fun atmosphere. There will be arts and crafts displays and information about Rotary programs in your neighborhood.

Entertainment is all day and free.
